Unused items in their original, resalable packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email support@mhcindustries.store with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method — typically within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll cover a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
